  7.     Suddenly, the born-to-be-caricatured face of Ross Perot is
  8. everywhere. But last week Americans met a less public Perot --
  9. MARGOT, his wife of 35 years, who spoke to Barbara Walters on
  10. ABC's 20/20 newsmagazine. It was the first television interview
  11. ever for Mrs. Perot, a far more private person than Hillary
  12. Clinton or Barbara Bush. She received a noticeably easygoing
  13. grilling from Walters. Best revelation: even Margot Perot was
  14. taken by surprise -- "stunned" -- when Ross first publicly
  15. discussed a run for the White House.
